Critics Choice Awards 2026 big winners
The stars came out in full force last night as the 31st Critics Choice Awards lit up the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport, delivering a glamorous evening packed with major wins and memorable moments. The night belonged to One Battle After Another, which dominated the awards by taking home Best Picture. Director Paul Thomas Anderson had plenty to celebrate as well, earning Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay, solidifying the film’s status as the evening’s standout. Another highlight of the ceremony was Timothée Chalamet’s Best Actor win for his performance in Marty Supreme. The actor drew cheers from the audience during his acceptance speech when he openly proclaimed his love for girlfriend Kylie Jenner, stating “Thank you to my partner of three years…thank you for our foundation…I love you I couldn’t do this without you.”
