Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan dead at 71
The WWE Hall of Famer (whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea) has died at the age of 71. Hogan reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida home where paramedics were dispatched earlier this morning. His death was also confirmed by promoter Eric Bischoff, Hogan's partner in the recently launched Real America Freestyle amateur wrestling league.
Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham tease long-lost debut album, 1973’s Buckingham Nicks
The longtime musical duo officially announced the reissue of their long-unavailable 1973 debut album. Buckingham Nicks was the pair's sole studio album before they joined Fleetwood Mac in 1974. It will be available on streaming platforms and CD for the first time on September 19, along with a remastered vinyl version. The opening track, "Crying in the Night," was made available for streaming yesterday.
Comic-Con 2025 kicks off in San Diego
Comic-Con 2025 marks the 56th edition of the event taking place at the San Diego Convention Center, having been held annually in San Diego since 1970. This year’s notable panels include: Avatar: The Last Airbender 20th Anniversary panel; Percy Jackson and the Olympians panel; The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 panel; Alien: Earth World Premiere and Q&A; Star Trek Universe panel; and many more. The four-day event runs today through Sunday.
