In one of the longest games in World Series history, the Los Angeles Dodgers walked off the Toronto Blue Jays 6–5 in the 18th inning to claim a 2–1 edge. After nearly six hours the home team took the victory at Dodger Stadium and shifted momentum squarely in Los Angeles’ favor heading into Game 4. The teams will face off once again in Los Angeles tonight at 8 PM EST.
Fawlty Towers actress Prunella Scales dies at 93
Beloved British actress Prunella Scales, best known for her portrayal of Sybil Fawlty in the classic sitcom Fawlty Towers, has died at the age of 93. Over a career spanning nearly seven decades, Scales became a fixture of stage and screen, earning acclaim for her versatility in both comedy and drama. Beyond her iconic television work, she appeared in numerous films and theatre productions, and later shared her love of travel alongside her husband, actor Timothy West, in the documentary series Great Canal Journeys. Scales, who had been living with vascular dementia in recent years, passed away peacefully at her London home.
