Metallica announces eight-show residency Life Burns Faster at Las Vegas Sphere for October
Metallica has officially unveiled plans for an eight-show residency, Life Burns Faster, at the Sphere in Las Vegas this October. The residency will feature four “No Repeat Weekends,” a fan-favorite format in which the band performs two completely different setlists each weekend — with no songs repeated between the Thursday and Saturday shows. The scheduled dates are October 1 and 3, October 15 and 17, October 22 and 24, and October 29 and 31. Two-night and single-night tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. PT, with multiple presale opportunities launching earlier this week.
Original Scream stars reunite for Scream 7‘s LA premiere
Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and other members of the original Scream cast reunited at the Los Angeles premiere of Scream 7 at Paramount Pictures Studios last night. The event comes nearly 30 years after the groundbreaking 1996 film first terrified audiences. Campbell returns to the franchise in the lead role of Sidney Prescott after sitting out Scream VI. Cox reprises her role as Gale Weathers, becoming the only actor to appear in all seven installments of the series. Arquette was also in attendance, celebrating the film’s release despite his character, Dewey Riley, being killed off in the 2022 installment. The latest chapter follows a new Ghostface killer who sets their sights on Sidney Prescott and her family. Scream 7 slashes into theaters on February 27.
