Paul McCartney doc coming to theaters for one night only February 19
Paul McCartney: Man on the Run, an intimate new feature documentary from Oscar–winning director Morgan Neville, explores Paul McCartney’s creative rebirth in the aftermath of The Beatles’ breakup. Released in theaters for one night only by Trafalgar Releasing on February 19, the film traces a pivotal chapter in McCartney’s life and career. In April 1970, McCartney released his first solo album, McCartney. Asked what he planned to do next, he famously said his only goal was to grow up. Paul McCartney: Man on the Run chronicles the transformative decade that followed, capturing his artistic reinvention, the formation of Wings, and his rise as a solo artist after the end of The Beatles. Following its one-night theatrical event, the documentary will be available to stream on Prime Video beginning February 27.

Lindsey Vonn to compete in Winter Olympics despite suffering ACL injury
Alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn will compete in the 2026 Winter Olympics despite suffering a ruptured ACL in her left knee just one week before the Games. The three-time Olympic medalist said she remains determined to race, expressing confidence ahead of the women’s downhill on Feb. 8. “I am confident that I can compete on Sunday,” Vonn said. “I’m still here. I think I’m still able to fight. I think I’m still able to try.” The 41-year-old skier is no stranger to overcoming physical setbacks. In 2019, she was forced to retire after a series of injuries to her right knee, but she made a remarkable return to competition in 2024 following a partial knee replacement. In Milan, Vonn is scheduled to compete not only in the women’s downhill, but also in the super-G and the newly introduced team combined event being held at the Tofane Alpine Skiing Centre in Cortina d’Ampezzo, one of the venues for the Milan–Cortina Games.
