Sabrina Carpenter to star in Alice in Wonderland musical at Universal
The Grammy-winning artist is stepping into one of literature’s most iconic roles in a bold reimagining of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s timeless 1865 novel, now in the public domain, the upcoming film promises to blend fantasy, music, and modern storytelling. Writer-director Lorene Scafaria (Hustlers, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World) is set to bring the whimsical world of Wonderland to life, crafting a visually stunning and emotionally resonant new take on the classic tale.
Prince William makes Dancing with the Stars debut for 20th anniversary episode
The Prince of Wales made a surprise virtual appearance on the show to deliver a heartfelt message to competitor Robert Irwin and his partner, Witney Carson. The Australian wildlife photographer and conservationist — and son of the late Steve Irwin — was playfully teased by the royal for missing last week’s Earthshot Prize Awards in Rio de Janeiro due to his TV commitments. Still, Prince William offered his full support and words of encouragement, telling the pair during their FaceTime call, “Guys, you’ve got a seriously good chance of winning it.” Following the royal pep talk, Irwin and Carson performed a graceful foxtrot to Leona Lewis’ “Footprints in the Sand,” earning praise from both the judges and viewers alike.
Pixar releases Toy Story 5 teaser trailer
