Snoop Dogg to return as coach on The Voice Season 28
The rapper first appeared on the reality competition show in its 26th season, starring alongside fellow coaches Michael Bublé, Gwen Stefani, and Reba McEntire. However, he decided to step away for the following season, which is currently airing on NBC with coaches John Legend, Michael Bublé, Kelsea Ballerini, and Adam Levine. The news comes just as NBCUniversal announced a multi-year partnership with Snoop Dogg and his production company, Death Row Pictures. The 16-time Grammy nominee is the first of his panel of coaches to be announced. Fans can catch Snoop Dogg back on The Voice when Season 28 kicks off this fall on NBC.
Chicago Bears Hall of Famer Steve McMichael dies at 67 after a battle with ALS
The Super Bowl-winning former defensive tackle was first diagnosed with ALS, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's disease, in 2021. Throughout his career, he played single seasons with both the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers, but spent the majority of his career, 13 seasons, to be exact, with the Chicago Bears. He played a career total of 207 games in the NFL, was selected twice as a first-team All-Pro, and earned Pro Bowl honors. He helped lead the Bears to a Super Bowl championship in 1985. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last August, a dream his wife says he fought to live to see.
