How to Dance Your Way to a Beachbody

After more than a year of being stuck inside and with many of us being glued on the couch for hours (or days) on end, Beachbody Super Trainer and the creator of bod’s hit programs Insanity and Cize, Shaun T is inviting people to get up with an all-new dance conditioning program from Beachbody On Demand called “Let’s Get Up!

The 30-day program is comprised of six 30- to 35-minute workouts per week that alternate between easy-to-follow, high-energy cardio conditioning that requires no equipment and targeted resistance training with light dumbbells.  The fun workout uses music with various beats per minute (bpm) across a variety of genres – including some original music Shaun T has written and recorded himself to help deliver maximum results and keep you ready for more joy filled dance and fun.
