The power couple hit the red carpet for Reynolds' new video game action movie

It was date night for Ryan Reynolds and wife Blake Lively at the world premiere of his new movie Free Guy earlier this week at AMC Lincoln Square Theatre in New York City.
The video game-themed, action-comedy stars Reynolds as Guy, a bank teller who discovers he is a background player in an open-world video game. He finds himself the unlikely hero, racing to save the game before developers can shut it down.
Reynolds said watching the film will take you “somewhere else,” a similar experience to when he first saw Back to the Future as a kid. “It’s one of those movies that just like immersed you in a world and blew your mind,” he explained.
Catch the Shawn Levy flick in theaters on August 13th.
