Director James Gunn calls this second film “half-sequel, half-reboot.” Viola Davis and Margot Robbie are just a few of the faces returning from the first movie. Newcomers Idris Elba, Pete Davidson, Sylvester Stallone, and John Cena join the group of supervillains to aid the government in a search and destroy mission.

This animated musical adventure features all-new songs from Grammy and Pulitzer Prize-winner Lin-Manuel Miranda. It follows kinkajou (Miranda), who embarks on a journey to deliver a love song to Marta (Gloria Estefan) on behalf of his owner Andrés (Buena Vista Social Club’s Juan De Marcos).
